Абсолютное большинство посетителей тренажерных залов, во всяком случае, тех, кто относится к тренингу с "железом" не как к развлечению, задача которого — хоть как-то перебить серые будни, а к ответственной работе, тех, кто ставит перед собой более или менее серьезные цели, если даже они и не связаны с выступлениями на соревновательном подиуме, обращается рано или поздно к такому классу фармакологических препаратов, как андрогены и анаболические стероиды. Плохо это или хорошо — не нам судить. Во всяком случае, в рамках этой статьи моральная сторона обращения к "анаболикам" рассматриваться не будет. А что будет?
